A Genius Move!

This week I ran across a clip titled “Pastor Interviews a PSYCHIC in her reading room!”. I was thinking, huh? This clip was amazing! There’s a gentleman Pastor who spotted a psychic reading facility and the Holy Spirit started to give him personal revelation of the woman’s relationship with her earthly father. In the beginning of the clip, the gentleman was preparing himself to go into the shop, ready to bind darkness and evil spirits with no fear but he was telling the viewers that he’s going to interview the psychic without making it known that he was a Pastor or prophet.
I’m excited about this! Many Christians today would misuse their authority to bind powers and principalities and would’ve lost the soul using no wisdom. But not this gentleman! His strategy to get the woman’s attention was absolute genius! She didn’t know he was coming, and he advised that he wanted to do an interview about what she does and how it works to be a psychic for his viewers to understand, due to many people searching for spirituality. She accepted the interview and took him to the reading room. She was a very nice lady and spoke about different power sources and how she’s able to converse through spirits.
What made it interesting was how the Pastor kept asking her questions to get more information from her (as if he was super interested) sharing how he knew a person that shared with him different experiences when dealing with spirits and having out of body experiences. This interaction eventually led to him ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ to the psychic. The woman was listening, being very respectful to what this Pastor had to say. He told her he was the man that he was speaking of earlier (who had dealings with spirits and out of body experiences).
He shared his testimony and then proceeded to share the knowledge that Holy Spirit shared with him about her Father and that’s when she decided to say, I would rather keep my personal life out of this conversation. You could tell speaking about her Father (who she admitted was a Christian after the Pastor asked if he was) pulled at her heart strings and the tables were turned. Instead of her reading someone’s mail, her mail was read, and she became super uncomfortable.
The Pastor respected her wishes and did not go any further with the knowledge he learned about the relationship between her and her father, but he did mention that her father loves her very much. He asked if he could say a prayer over her and she allowed him to, in which he prayed that she would have a true experience with God, the way he did. He also spoke prophecy over her stating God wants to use her and that she would not go to Hell, but she will go to Heaven, and she admitted that she was raised as a Christian.
I believe this interview caught her off guard and possibly made her re-think about her position in the kingdom of darkness. This is a good thing. We should be able to challenge those to think in truth. This interview showed no judgement but a Pastor using wisdom to get the attention of a lost soul.
Our personal testimony of Jesus Christ goes further than we can possibly know.
This was a genius move!
Revelation 12: 11 (Amp) "And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death."
Wow! That's the way of true love...its just what Jesus would do. Condemnation or snooty noses never made a convert. Thank you so much for sharing.
